This mix is such a great idea. The green plum gives a sharp, mouth-watering sourness, while the cornelian cherry adds a deeper, richer tang. The balance between the two is really nice, and neither flavor overpowers the other. The texture is soft and easy to tear, and it arrived fresh and well packed. I appreciate that there’s no added sugar, just real fruit flavor. This has become one of my favorite lavashak varieties.
